I believe this is the first 8” with normal grommets and a lock nut.

I rode Lazers back in the day the 9” are pretty rare but we’re a good truck by then From memory there were 3 versions of the 8” the last one being the same baseplate and set up as the 9” The first still had the ACS style kingpin with the lock nut then they replaced that with extra large bottom gromm...

looking at the ad above,what were the octoplus? never heard of them,would love to see what they looked like ,theres a set of flexello flames on ebay every now and again There are a lot of wheels their I’ve never heard of, bitd a mate came back from Skating at Southport Skatepark having bought a set...

I have a set with a few marks on them, they seem better quality than Gullwings. I have never ridden them but did recently set them up on my Manx Slalom with Avon Boosters.
