A couple of pigs that came out in the same month from either sides of the Atlantic. Uber rare GW Pro 7" (DT) and Pro 8" (BB).

Difficult to say which the rarest of the BBs is. This is certainly one I rarely see, and never for sale.

The very first wooden deck, with inbuilt risers, absolutely mint Trackers and OJs (even good colour). Note the first Benjyboard logo before it quickly was upgraded to the newer version. Close cousin of the 27" Freestyle, this is the BB 32" Kicktail and a picture of Sablosky riding it in the first Crystal Palace championships.

The last (and biggest) board BB ever produced. A decent condition Sinclair, with Sims and Extracks (which came out 4 months before Sixtracks) released in '78. Sinclair left for America very soon after the release of this, and road for DTS for a while. Within 3 months the entire BB team was disbanded, and with the closing down of the indoor park in London, all the old 'heroes' had left the sport. Henderson went to the States for a while as well but things were declining there too, with the rapid closure of skate parks all over the country.

The sticker is amazing art for a skate sticker. In the background is Trellick Towers, where Marc Sinclair grew up, and looked right over Meanwhile Gardens. I grew up around that area, Bayswater/Westbourne Park but I was a lot younger than these guys. Not sure what Sinclair does these days, I'm sure he'll be around on FB somewhere.

I have never seen a Sinclair in this condition, is it nearly mint, barely ridden.

Hi fellow collectors, I’m new to forums although my interest in skateboarding, collecting and formally riding go back many years…..
Bought from sports Co Birmingham in late 79 probably my rarest Benjy board.
