just found one that sold on ebay,they were released in 81 apparently,id just about packed up skating back then apart from the odd time or two so never saw any

There was a 757 as well I remember B&w ads in Early Thrasher or Transworld

another ad showing the bb boots as top priced,im sure this is why there arent any around as ive said before, if you were going to buy a new set of top priced wheels back then would you have chosen sims,belair or benjy?

With or without? That is the question. I do remember that these were heavy buggers to do any kick turn be it on a bank or flat. I did like them for downhill or slalom though. What's your experience with these iconic trucks?

Thanks for the tip Nick, I must get a set of these!!!! What deck do you think I should set them up with, my Sims Taperkick or Jay Adams 30" Z Flex?

on a serious note though i do remember back in the day as decks were getting wider and wider kids were still using their old trucks as they couldnt afford new ones as well as a deck and it created some bizarre looking set ups that must have been an awful ride :shock:

well it looks like wes is finally pulling the plug over on bds,real shame but at least we can still come on here thanks to glen,pity 90% of the members dont contribute though :roll: the site will never get busier if folk dont bother posting anything,come on all you watchers,put some pics up :D
